Mental Health Awareness Week and Kickboxing...

Kickboxing and fitness sessions have helped many of our members, we have had people come to us that have been struggling with their mental health - from anxiety, to having a suicide plan...

Many that have walked through the Fight Station Kickboxing doors that have said they suffer or have suffered with poor mental health have said that after a few weeks of training they saw a great improvent in how they feel mentally.

Members of the team have suffered themselves and know how hard it can be, they have come through the other side and noticed how a balance of support and an active lifestyle around supportive individuals can help in a big way.

It is important to note that kickboxing is a supplementary tool and not a replacment for professional mental health treatment, we encourage seeking both professional help and an active lifestyle.

We are supporting Young Minds this year in order to raise vital funds that enable them to help children and young people that may be suffering.
